The nose opens with caramel, honey and creamy vanilla, alongside roasted red apple, lemon peel and pear, then candle wax, pipe tobacco and a hint of chalk. The palate is creamy and oily, with vanilla fudge, white chocolate and baked biscuits, turning slightly dry and spicy with cinnamon and ginger. The finish is medium to long, with spiced apple tart, and it is smooth to the end.
