First-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey cask
Glenglassaugh Evolution is a Highlands single malt matured in first-fill casks that previously held Tennessee whiskey. It is bottled at 50% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. The balance between oak and spirit gives the whisky both strength of character and finesse, and shows the distinctive personality of the distillery.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
