Glenglassaugh Evolution is a Highland single malt matured in hand-selected first-fill casks that previously held Tennessee whiskey. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill filtration. Glenglassaugh makes its whisky by hand with a small team, using Scottish barley and traditional distillation methods. The spirit matures slowly in coastal warehouses. Evolution is described as showing depth of character and delicacy, with whisky and oak in harmony.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
