This is Glengoyne 12 Year Old, a Highland single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is an original distillery bottling, matured in bourbon and sherry casks, and no colouring is added.
The notes describe a nose of ripe apples, honey and vanilla with a touch of citrus. The palate is soft, with malt, caramel, spice and gentle oak, leading to a medium-length, rounded finish.
