This is Glengoyne 12 Year Old, a single malt bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Glengoyne dries its barley with warm air instead of peat, unlike most distilleries, so there is no peat smoke in the whisky.
The nose offers coconut, lemon zest, honey and oak. On the palate come toffee, apples, ginger and orange, and the finish is balanced, with a touch of sherry and oak.
