Glengoyne 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colouring and is chill-filtered.
The whisky matures in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks. The distillery is known for slow distillation and for not using peat smoke.
The nose offers ripe fruit, vanilla, honey and dark berries, with caramel and fine oak. The palate is full and soft, with toffee, apple, raisins and spicy oak, plus a little sherry sweetness. The finish is long and warm, with sherry, fruit and oak spice.
