Glengoyne 21 Years is a Highland single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured for the whole 21 years in sherry casks of European oak, mainly first-fill.
The nose brings red apple, spiced strudel, toffee, sherry and dried fruit. On the palate there is plenty of sherry, honey and oak, and it finishes long, warm and dry with a touch of cinnamon.
