Glengoyne Legacy Chapter Three is a Highland single malt, the third edition in the Legacy series, which pays tribute to important figures in the distillery's history. This chapter is dedicated to Sir Arthur John Tedder, who spoke for the Glengoyne principle of letting things take the time they take, to reach 'Unhurried Perfection'.
It was matured in refill sherry casks of American oak, and the barley is dried with warm air rather than peat, so there is no peat smoke. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is described as vanilla, sherry, cinnamon sticks and apple cake, while the palate brings raisin, creamy sherry and caramelised apple cake.
