This is an 8 year old Glenkinchie single malt, distilled on 3 November 2017 at the Lowland distillery near Edinburgh, which is known for its delicate floral malt. It was finished in a single Oloroso octave. Duncan Taylor bottled it at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. The tasting notes mention cut grass, overripe apples, sweet peanut, sherbet lemon and white chocolate.
