Glenkinchie Distillers Edition 2022 is a Lowland single malt in a 70cl bottle, finished in Amontillado sherry casks.
The Distillers Edition starts from the Glenkinchie house style and adds the sherry finish, which makes for a gentler, rounder whisky than a sherry finish usually suggests.
Amontillado casks are generally associated with dried fruit, nuts and a touch of toffee, with a soft, not-too-heavy finish.
