Glenmorangie 10 Year Old is a Highland single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from a distillery founded in 1843 and is described as its flagship expression.
The spirit is distilled in what are said to be the tallest copper pot stills in Scotland, then matured exclusively in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon.
The nose is fresh citrus, orchard fruit and vanilla, with hints of honey and floral sweetness. The palate has peach, orange blossom and creamy malt against subtle oak, and the finish is long, gentle and sweet, with a touch of spice and lingering fruit.
