Glenmorangie 10 Year Old, known as The Original, is the flagship single malt of the Glenmorangie Distillery in the Highlands. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is matured for 10 years in a combination of first-fill and second-fill American white oak casks.
The nose is fruity and full, with lemon, nectarine, apple and spice. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, creamy, with vanilla, boiled sweets, tiramisu and toffee. The finish is fairly long and gentle, malty and very fruity.
