Glenmorangie 12 Year Old Original is a Highland single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery works with some of the tallest stills in Scotland, which makes a lighter, more delicate spirit, and this expression spends twelve years maturing in American white oak casks.
The nose is vanilla cream, citrus blossom, pear and honey with soft oak. On the palate come orange, peach, malted biscuit, vanilla and gentle spice, leading to a long, lightly sweet finish of citrus, honey and soft oak.
