Glenmorangie 12 Years The Original is a relaunch of the distillery's classic single malt, now carrying a 12-year age statement. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks.
Glenmorangie stands on the edge of the northern Highlands and received its licence in 1843.
The nose combines citrus and ripening peaches, softened by vanilla. Vanilla leads on the palate before giving way to a floral, fruity note. The finish is long, with almonds, coconut and a hint of maple syrup.
