Glenmorangie – 18 Year Old (1990s) (75cl, 43%)

This is an 18 year old Glenmorangie single malt from the Highlands, bottled in the 1990s. It comes in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV. Glenmorangie was first sold as a single malt in 1959, having previously been made for blends such as Highland Queen. By the time of this bottling, the Sixteen Men of Tain, the team who ran the distillery for decades, had helped establish it as one of Scotland's leading single malts. Whiskies from the 1990s are known for a weightier side of the distillery's honeyed character.
