This is an 18 year old Highland single malt from Glenmorangie, made in Tain in Ross-shire and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It spent 15 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, followed by 3 years finishing in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez.
The nose is floral, with dried fruits, honey and a subtle nuttiness. On the palate there is honey, fig, dates and malt, with gentle spice and soft oak. The finish is long and warm, with citrus peel and almond.
