Glenmorangie – 18 Years Old 'The Infinita' (43%)

The Infinita is an 18-year-old Glenmorangie single malt, bottled at 43%. The spirit is made with water from the Tarlogie Springs and run through unusually tall stills. Most of its life was spent in hand-selected American oak casks. After eighteen years, Dr Bill Lumsden added a portion matured in oloroso sherry casks. The flavours are described as honeyed notes over pools of caramelised orange, gardens of jasmine and lemon blossom, and warm, rich figs with orange marmalade touched by wisps of campfire smoke.
