Glenmorangie A Tale of Spices is a single malt from the Tain distillery in the northern Highlands, an original distillery bottling at 46% in a 70cl bottle. PX sherry casks and red wine casks are part of its make-up.
Glenmorangie began in 1843 in a converted brewery and was rebuilt in 1887. It has a reputation for never having sold its whisky to blenders, and it owns forests that provide wood for its casks. The distillery is also known as the sixteen men of Tain, after an old rule about how many men should work there.
