Glenmorangie – Lasanta 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl)

Glenmorangie Lasanta is a 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle. It spent ten years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then a further two years in Oloroso and PX sherry casks from Jerez in Spain. Lasanta is Gaelic for warmth and passion. It is non-chill-filtered. The nose combines warm spices with chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee. On the palate come sweet sherried sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch, with warm spices running through. The finish is long, with spiced orange and chocolate-covered hazelnuts.
