Glenmorangie The Lasanta 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It spent ten years maturing in ex-bourbon oak, followed by five years finishing in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
The texture is round and velvety, with rich fruit and gentle spice.
The nose brings dark chocolate, raisins, honeycomb and toasted walnuts with a little warm spice. The palate is full-bodied, with sweet sherry, creamy caramel, cocoa and ripe dried fruit. The finish is long and smooth, with toffee and spiced oak.
