Glenmorangie – The Lasanta 15 Year Old Single Malt (43%)

Glenmorangie The Lasanta 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV. It spent 15 years maturing in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. The bourbon casks bring soft vanilla sweetness and delicate oak, while the sherry casks add layers of dried fruit, spice and a subtle nuttiness. The whisky has a warm amber colour. The palate is described as caramelised citrus and toffee, followed by a lingering finish of peppery clove and nutmeg.
