Glenmorangie The Original is the flagship single malt from the Glenmorangie distillery in the Highlands, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It spends 10 years maturing in a combination of first-fill and second-fill American white oak casks.
The nose is fruity and full, with lemon, nectarine, apple and spice. The palate is fresh and balanced, very creamy, with vanilla, boiled sweets, tiramisu and toffee. The finish is fairly long and gentle, malty and very fruity.
