Glenmorangie The Tayne is a single malt from the Highlands, part of the Legends series made for travel retail, in a 1 litre bottle.
The nose is very light, with roasted nuts, espresso and brown sugar, then honey, raisins and chocolate. The palate is thick, warm and peppery, with citrus, mango, papaya, popcorn, caramel, walnuts and coffee.
The finish is medium in length and lightly peppery, ending on dried fruit, milk chocolate, coffee and bitter citrus.
