Glenmorangie X is a Highland single malt from Glenmorangie, created in collaboration with bartenders and designed for mixing, though it can also be sipped neat. It is aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in new charred oak, and is bottled at 40% ABV.
The nose is vanilla, orange sherbet, pear candy and creamy toffee. The palate has a silky texture, with honeycomb, orchard fruit, fudge and baking spice. The finish is soft and sweet, with lingering citrus and gentle oak.
