A 1995 Glenrothes single malt, bottled by Signatory in its Symington's Choice series at 54.4% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Glenrothes sits in the town of Rothes in Speyside. William Grant & Co. founded the distillery in 1878, and the Edrington Group owns it today. The distillery's history includes a fire on 15 May 1922, which destroyed warehouse number one and more than 2,000 casks of whisky. The burning spirit flowed into the Burn of Rothes.
