This is a GlenWyvis single malt released by Berry Bros & Rudd as Collective #1. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. GlenWyvis was founded in 2015 in the Highlands near Inverness and is wholly community owned. More than 3,600 supporters backed a crowdfunding campaign that raised the £3.8 million for the project and revived distilling in Dingwall after 90 years. The distillery runs entirely off the grid on renewable energy, with local barley, long fermentation and traditional copper stills. Its malt is described as robust, fragrant and fruity, and the first whisky was released at the end of 2021.
