A 16-year-old blended whiskey from the Joe Montana Collection, in a 75cl bottle. Blend 117 takes its number from Montana's career total of regular season wins. The bottle draws on his throwback 49ers jersey and carries a San Francisco 49ers overstrip with his signature.
The whiskey combines American and Canadian whiskies aged for at least 16 years, then finished in Cognac barrels and toasted oak staves. It is bottled at 90 proof.
It is usually described as having notes of dried fruit, spice and apricot.
