A 12 year old Belgian single malt from Goldlys, limited to 950 bottles. It was double distilled at Graanstokerij Filliers, a distillery dating from 1880, and matured in bourbon casks before a Pedro Ximénez sherry finish. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is soft vanilla, warm wood spices, raisins and caramel. The palate is creamy and round, with bourbon sweetness, PX dried fruit, honey and subtle spices. The finish is long, with sweet sherry notes and warm oak.
