This is a bourbon from Goodwood Brewing, aged in charred American white oak barrels and then finished in barrels that previously held the brewery's Honey Ale brandy. It has a deep amber colour.
The nose is flowery, with honey and caramel and a hint of vanilla. On the palate come brown sugar and molasses, with spice that gives way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. The finish is long, dry and woody.
