This is a limited single cask Speymalt from Macallan, selected by the independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail. It was distilled in 2000, bottled in 2026 at 25 years old and 58.5% ABV, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
On the palate there is Seville orange peel, roasted hazelnuts and ginger, with stewed red fruit, dates and dark chocolate. The finish is long, with ripe woody notes and marzipan.
