Gouden Carolus Bajan 2021 is a limited-edition Belgian single malt from Stokerij De Molenberg, released for the distillery's eighth anniversary. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in two types of rum casks from Barbados. The oldest casks, used for more than five years, give soft, full notes of raisins and honey, while younger rum casks add lively spice and a subtle tropical accent.
It is described as elegant and balanced, with a smooth finish.
