Gouden Carolus Giverny is a limited edition Belgian single malt from Het Anker, released to mark 12 years of Gouden Carolus Single Malt. It comes in a 50cl bottle at 46% abv.
The whisky was first matured in bourbon and Anker casks, then given a further maturation in Calvados casks.
The nose is gently floral, with apple and light spice. The palate is rich and round, with vanilla, orchard fruit, subtle wood and a touch of spice. The finish is warm, balanced and long, with fruity notes.
