Gouden Carolus Madeira Oak is a new expression of Gouden Carolus single malt, in a 50cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was matured fully in Madeira oak.
The spirit was distilled at Stokerij De Molenberg from a mash of beer brewed at Het Anker in Mechelen. The Madeira casks are made of American oak.
They are said to bring fruitiness, nuts, caramel and a sweet touch.
