Gouden Carolus Single Malt Anker Cask Finish

Gouden Carolus Single Malt Anker Cask Finish is a Belgian single malt made by Stokerij De Molenberg. It was first matured in first fill bourbon casks, then finished in Anker casks. The nose is soft vanilla, honey, light oak and gentle malt, with hints of caramel and fresh grain. The palate is rounded and silky, with sweet malt, toffee, vanilla cream and delicate fruit, while the finish in Anker casks adds warm spice, chocolatey richness and a touch of roasted wood. The finish is medium-long, warming, lightly spiced and malty sweet.
