Grace O'Malley is a blended Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, made from double- and triple-distilled malt and grain whiskeys.
The malt content is a notably high 46%. The blend brings together whiskeys matured in American bourbon casks, rum casks and French oak.
The nose is caramel, bourbon vanilla, malt, dry almond, orange peel and honey. The palate is smooth and well balanced, with fruit, rounded tannins, vanilla and gentle oak. The finish is sweet and warming, with pastry-like sweetness, toasted notes and lingering spice.
