A grappa from Crude, distilled from selected Sangiovese pomace and matured in oak barriques. It has an amber colour, with vanilla and spicy notes balanced by the original aroma of the grape. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a long, persistent finish recalling wood and ripe fruit. It is best served at room temperature as a digestif after a meal.
