This is an 18 year old Canadian whisky from Great Plains, bottled at 54.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The spirit is a corn and rye whisky sourced from the Potters Distillery in Kelowna, made from a mashbill of 91.5% corn and 8.5% rye.
It was matured for 17 years in ex-bourbon casks, then finished for 15 months in Jerez brandy barrels from Osborne in Andalusia, Spain.
