Green River Full Proof is a wheated bourbon from Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky, bottled at 54.65% in a 75cl bottle. It first appeared in February 2026 and comes in the distillery's horseshoe-shaped bottle. It uses the same recipe as the core Green River Wheated, with 70% corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley. The whiskey was aged for five to seven years in clay tile warehouses and bottled at its natural batch proof, with this first batch at 109.3 proof. The nose combines vanilla, dark cherries, hot cinnamon, milk chocolate and tart orange. The palate has simple syrup, cherries and mild black pepper, and the finish is long, with cinnamon and pepper spice.
