Green River Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Green River Wheated Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The mashbill is 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley, which gives a wheated take on a classic Kentucky recipe. The nose opens with peach and caramel, alongside apricot and cinnamon. On the palate there is toffee, pastry and hazelnut, leading to a honeyed finish that is smooth and balanced.
