Green Spot is an Irish single pot still whiskey, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. It was originally produced for the Mitchell family in Dublin.
The two cask types give a soft texture and lively fruit. The nose brings green apple, honey and spice. On the palate it is creamy and fruity, with pear, vanilla, toasted oak and a touch of sherry.
The finish is long, with spice and sweet malt.
