Gryphon & Grain Batch 12 is a bourbon whiskey made in California by Isla de Califa, which grows the grain, distils, ages and bottles it in Modesto.
The mash combines estate-grown Mapes Ranch red corn with malted two-row barley and red wheat. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of five years in new 53-gallon charred barrels of tight-grain American and French oak.
