Gryphon & Grain Rye Whiskey Batch #12 is a Californian rye, grown, distilled, aged and bottled by Isla de Califa in Modesto.
The mash combines estate-grown Merced rye, Mapes Ranch corn and malted two-row barley. The whiskey was aged for a minimum of four years in new, charred 53-gallon barrels of tight-grain American and French oak.
