Guillon Montagne de Reims is a French single malt whisky, aged for several years in used oak barrels that previously held white Burgundy wines such as Meursault and Puligny. The maturation then finishes in barrels used for the raising of great French wines, drawing on some of the most famous vineyards in France. It belongs to a wider range of finishes.
