Gun Fighter American Bourbon is a two-year-old bourbon, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 60% corn, 34% rye and 6% barley. It was distilled at OZ Tyler Distillery in Kentucky and then finished in rum barrels in Colorado. Caramel, rum-soaked raisins and juicy berries lead on the nose. The palate is chocolatey, with fresh berries, dried fruit, brown sugar and sweet dark cherries. The finish is light and fruity, with rum and oak notes.
