A wheated Irish whiskey blended from whiskeys of 4 to 10 years old, drawn from four types of cask: bourbon, port, sherry and double charred. Some of the casks are upcycled Town Branch Bourbon barrels and re-charred barrels that held Kentucky Bourbon Barrel-Aged Beer. It is non-chill-filtered, with no artificial colour added, and comes in a 70cl bottle.
Honey amber in colour, it has a rich nose of almond, oak, tropical fruit, berries and crème caramel. Apricot sweetness on the palate develops into marzipan, honey, dark fruits and spice, and the finish is lingering, with dark fruits and oak spice balanced by vanilla.
