Dimple 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky from Haig & Haig, in a one-litre bottle from the 1990s. The label reads Fine Old Original De Luxe.
Gold in colour, it has a honeyed, floral and smooth nose with dried fruit, figs, plums, orange cake and apple pie. Faint wood smoke, cinnamon and a little fresh butter sit in the background.
The palate is sweet and light yet coating, with burnt toast, wood and honey-coated peanuts. The finish is medium long, with touches of apple, walnut cake and a little mint.
