Dimple 15 Year Old is a De Luxe blended Scotch whisky from Haig & Haig, in an older bottling from the 1990s. It is gold in colour.
The nose is honeyed, floral and smooth, with dried fruits such as figs and plums, orange cake and apple pie, and faint wood smoke, cinnamon and a little fresh butter in the background. The palate is sweet and light yet coating, with hints of burnt toast, wood and honey-coated peanuts. The finish is medium long, with apple, walnut cake and a touch of mint.
