Hardin's Creek Frankfort Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 55%)

Hardin's Creek Frankfort is a straight bourbon whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 55% ABV. It is the second expression in the Kentucky Series, aged on the Frankfort campus and bottled at 204 months. The creek bed there keeps the rack houses humid, which slows the ageing. The colour is deep burnished amber. The nose is delicate oak with hints of campfire and cigar box. On the palate, concentrated sweet caramel and raisin sit with gentle floral tobacco, and the finish is sweet oak and aged wood tones.
