Hardy Organic VSOP Cognac (75cl, 40%)

Hardy Organic VSOP is a cognac from the house founded by Anthony Hardy in 1863. It is made in close collaboration with partner winegrowers and carries ECOCERT organic certification. The blend uses Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard. The eaux-de-vie are 6 to 7 years old and are reduced in four stages in lightly toasted Limousin oak barrels. The box and label are made from recyclable paper and cardboard. The nose is of spring flowers. On the palate come vanilla, hazelnut and pear, and the finish is elegant and delicate, again with spring flowers. It can be served neat, over ice or in a cocktail.
