Hardy XO Rare Fine Champagne Cognac (75cl)

Hardy XO Rare is a Fine Champagne cognac from the house of Hardy, part of its Tradition range. It blends eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne that have aged for twenty years in Limousin oak barrels. It comes in a contemporary decanter-style bottle. The colour is vermilion tinged with amber, and the texture is silky. The nose offers date, rose petal, dried fig and apricot. On the palate there is ginger and light tobacco, and the finish carries toffee and leather.
